Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one prize across all entry methods.
How do I enter the giveaway?
To enter you must have a Silver Gold Bull account and complete the entry survey to be entered. Completing the survey earns 5 entries, and having an account earns 1 additional entry, for 6 total entries.
Once you are entered, you can earn even more entries by taking the following actions:
- Account Verification: 15 entries
- SMS opt-in: 10 entries
- Trade signup: 5 entries
If you have an existing account and already completed these actions, don't worry you will receive your entries retroactively.
Entry survey can only be completed once per person for a maximum of 5 entries.

How is the value of the prizes calculated?
The value of all prizes is based on their retail price on the day of purchase.

This contest is open to new or existing Silver Gold Bull users who are legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec, and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Silver Gold Bull employees, representatives, affiliates, independent contractors engaged to promote the Contest and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Is this giveaway available in Quebec?
No. This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec. Quebec residents are not eligible to enter or win prizes in this promotion.
Do I need a Silver Gold Bull account before I fill out the Survey?
Yes. You need to create your free Silver Gold Bull account before you fill out the survey. Use the same email for your account and the survey to ensure your entries are counted.
If you already have a Silver Gold Bull account, make sure to provide the contact details linked with your existing account.
How do I confirm that I’ve entered?
When you enter, and your survey contact details correctly match your Silver Gold Bull account, you will receive an email sent to the address linked with your Silver Gold Bull account. This email will include your entry count. Please allow up to 24 hours for your entry to be verified and for this email to arrive.
What if the email I use on the survey doesn’t match my Silver Gold Bull email?
If the email you use on the survey does not match your Silver Gold Bull account email, you will not be entered into the giveaway. Please ensure you use the email associated with your Silver Gold Bull account, or create an account before completing the survey.
How do I claim my prize if I win?
Winners will be selected at random on Monday March 16, 2026. On the draw date, visit giveaway.silvergoldbull.ca to see if you won! Selected winners will also be contacted by email and phone within five business days. To officially claim a prize, winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question within two days of notification.
What are the tax implications of winning?
Any tax obligations remain the winner’s responsibility.
Do I need to pay anything to enter?
No. There is no cost to enter, and no purchase is required. Winners will need to have a Silver Gold Bull account in order to enter and claim their prize. There are no fees associated with the creation of a Silver Gold Bull account.
How many entries can I get for the giveaway?
Maximum of 36 entries per person across all entry methods.
How will you use the information that I share with you in the Entry Survey?
By completing the survey, you are consenting to receive marketing communications from Silver Gold Bull. You may withdraw consent at any time. Visit our Privacy Policy for more information.
What if I already completed an entry method before the giveaway started. Will I still receive entries?
Yes. Entries will be applied retroactively if you have already completed any of the eligible actions. This includes signing up, getting verified, signing up for Trade, or subscribing to SMS. You will still need to complete the giveaway entry survey to be officially entered.

SILVER GOLD BULL GIVEAWAY (THE “CONTEST”)
The Contest is sponsored by Silver Gold Bull (“Silver Gold Bull”).
These Official Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”) govern the Contest.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
THE CONTEST IS INTENDED TO BE CONDUCTED ONLY IN CANADA AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest will begin on Monday December 22nd, 2025 and will end Monday February 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”), after which time no further entries will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To enter and be eligible to win a Prize, an Entrant must:
1. Be a new or existing Silver Gold Bull client with an active Silver Gold Bull account.
2. Be a legal resident of Canada, excluding Quebec;
3. Be the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry; and
4. Meet all entry requirements described in these Contest Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Silver Gold Bull, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of such individuals’ households are not eligible to enter.
Silver Gold Bull may require proof of identity or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Limit of 36 total entries per Entrant during the Contest Period across all entry methods.
SURVEY ENTRY
To enter and receive the initial 6 entries, an Entrant must:
1. Have an active Silver Gold Bull account; and
2. Complete the Contest Survey (“Survey”) during the Contest Period.
Limit one (1) Survey per Entrant. Maximum 6 entries may be earned under this method.
ADDITIONAL ENTRIES
Entrants may receive additional entries by completing the following actions during the Contest Period, provided the Entrant has also completed the Survey Entry. Additional entries take up to 24 hours to be verified.
ADDITIONAL METHOD #1 – GET VERIFIED
To receive 15 additional entries, the Entrant must complete Silver Gold Bull’s account verification process during the Contest Period.
Limit 15 entries per Entrant under this method.
Silver Gold Bull reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude entries where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
ADDITIONAL METHOD #2 – CREATE TRADE ACCOUNT
To receive 5 additional entries, the Entrant must complete Silver Gold Bull’s Trade signup process during the Contest Period.
Limit 5 entries per Entrant under this method.
Silver Gold Bull reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude entries where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
ADDITIONAL METHOD #3 – SUBSCRIBE TO SMS
To receive 10 additional entries, the Entrant must opt-in to receive SMS during the Contest Period.
Limit 10 entries per Entrant under this method.
Silver Gold Bull reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude entries where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
Entrants may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. Withdrawal of SMS consent does not affect previously awarded entries.
ENTRY TALLY
Entrants who are opted in to email marketing will receive periodic email updates reflecting their total number of entries (“Entry Tally”) during the Contest Period. Entry Tally emails will be sent to the email address associated with the Entrant’s Silver Gold Bull account.
Silver Gold Bull does not guarantee that all entries will appear in Entry Tally emails and is not responsible for delays, omissions, or errors in tally reporting.
The Entry Tally will be considered final as of Monday February 23, 2026, unless Silver Gold Bull determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
Silver Gold Bull reserves the right to verify any Entry Tally and make the final determination on the number of entries allocated to each Entrant.
PRIZES / DRAW
There are 16 Prizes available to be won in Canada, excluding Quebec (collectively, the “Prizes”), consisting of:
● Prize Tier 1: Garmin fēnix® 7 Pro – Sapphire Solar Edition (approximate retail value: $599.99)
● Prize Tier 2: Apple IPad (approximate retail value: $498.99)
● Prize Tier 3: Bose Headphones (approximate retail value: $249.99)
● Prize Tier 4: Yeti Rambler 36 oz Bottle (approximate retail value: $65)
Only one (1) Prize may be awarded per selected Entrant.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded unless Silver Gold Bull, in its sole discretion, substitutes a Prize of equal or greater value.
Silver Gold Bull is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, duties, or costs associated with a Prize.
A total of 16 potential Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on or around Monday March 16, 2026 at approximately 3:00 PM MT in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Prize fulfillment details, including delivery or pickup requirements, will be provided directly to Winners.
ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by Silver Gold Bull during the Contest Period. Maximum of one Prize per Entrant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Within 5 business days of the Draw Date, Silver Gold Bull, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential Winners of the Contest via the email associated with the Entrant’s Silver Gold Bull account (“Winner Notification”). The selected Entrant must confirm receipt of the Winner Notification and follow all instructions provided therein in order to claim their Prize.
In the event a potential Winner cannot be contacted within 2 days after the Winner Notification is issued, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential Winner otherwise does not meet the eligibility or Contest requirements, Silver Gold Bull may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the potential Winner. Silver Gold Bull may then follow the provisions and procedures described above for selecting and notifying an alternate potential Winner, with any necessary amendments, until a qualified Winner has been selected or until no further eligible entries remain, whichever occurs first.
Silver Gold Bull is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for Silver Gold Bull to receive a selected Entrant’s response. No correspondence will be entered into except with Entrants requesting the Contest Rules or the names of the Winners, if applicable.
SKILL TESTING QUESTION
Before being declared a Winner, the potential Winner shall be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Silver Gold Bull in accordance with Canadian contest law. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.
RELEASE
By entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Silver Gold Bull and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities, employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, and administrators (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to the Entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize; (b) participation in the Contest; (c) any breach of the Contest Rules; or (d) any Prize-related activity.
The Entrant agrees to fully indemnify Silver Gold Bull and the Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.
Silver Gold Bull assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, unintelligible, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries, notifications, or responses; nor for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions affecting the transmission or receipt of any entry. Silver Gold Bull is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest.
Silver Gold Bull assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Silver Gold Bull is not responsible for any problems, failures, or technical malfunction of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, applications, or browsers, whether caused by technical problems, traffic congestion, or any combination thereof or otherwise.
Silver Gold Bull is not responsible for any injury or damage to the Entrant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. The Entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any Prize.
Silver Gold Bull assumes no responsibility or liability in the event the Contest cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons beyond Silver Gold Bull’s control, such as computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
Silver Gold Bull assumes no responsibility for entries that fail to comply with the Contest Rules. Silver Gold Bull reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, amend, or suspend the Contest and/or these Contest Rules at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
PUBLICITY
Unless prohibited by law, the Winner agrees that by accepting a Prize, Silver Gold Bull may use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, video, city of residence, biographical information, prize details, and/or statements about the Contest for publicity purposes in any media, without compensation, notification, or further permission.
TAMPERING
All entries are subject to verification. By participating in the Contest, the Entrant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules. The Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of Silver Gold Bull, which are final and binding in all respects. Silver Gold Bull reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant found to be: violating the Contest Rules; tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process, the Contest website, or any related system; using automated scripts, macros, robots, or programs to enter or participate; or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST WEBSITE OR ANY RELATED SYSTEM, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCUR, SILVER GOLD BULL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, images, slogans, and representations used in connection with the Contest are the property of Silver Gold Bull or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any Contest materials is strictly prohibited.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
By entering the Contest, the Entrant understands and agrees that Silver Gold Bull will collect, use, and disclose their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, in accordance with Silver Gold Bull’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available here.
Entrants who provide marketing consent also expressly consent to Silver Gold Bull’s use of their personal information, including email address and Survey responses, to send commercial electronic messages such as email and SMS regarding Silver Gold Bull products, services, and events. Entrants may withdraw this marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions found in each message or by contacting Silver Gold Bull. This consent is not required to enter the Contest.

CONSTRUCTION
The Contest is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest Rules may be amended by Silver Gold Bull without prior notice to comply with applicable laws or policies. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Silver Gold Bull in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All currency referenced is in Canadian Dollars. If any provision of the Contest Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. In the event of any discrepancy between these Contest Rules and any Contest-related materials, these Contest Rules shall prevail.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or any third party whose products or services may appear as Prizes.
