Do you insure your shipments?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured.

PLEASE NOTE:

The purchaser must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. In the event of a missed delivery attempt:

• You have 2 business days (starting the next business day after the attempted delivery) to pick up your package.
• Business days are any days the depot is open for pickup, which may include weekends or holidays depending on their schedule.
• After this period, Silver Gold Bull’s insurance coverage will no longer apply.
• If the package is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it will be returned to us at your expense and risk.
• Pickup can only be made by the person named on the shipment. This person must sign in person and present valid government-issued photo ID showing both the name and address on the package.
