Why did I get $0.00 when I sold a tiny fraction of silver?

When selling, we pay based on the market bid price minus a sell premium. For an extremely small fraction like 0.0001 oz, the total value after applying the sell premium is still less than half a cent. Once that amount is rounded down to the nearest cent, your payout becomes $0.00. In other words, silver dust is too small to have resale value.
