Canada Post Strike: FAQs

Is Canada Post on strike?

No, but Canada Post workers are refusing overtime. Canada Post is still operating, though delays are possible. A full strike could still happen if no deal is reached. We are preparing in advance to reduce any disruption to your orders.

Who could be affected by the Canada Post strike?

The strike may delay or stop delivery and payment services for:

  • People living in Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut
  • Rural areas or addresses that depend on Canada Post for the final part of delivery
  • PO Box addresses
  • Orders paid by cheque
  • Customers who choose Canada Post only for shipping

What is Silver Gold Bull doing to prepare?

To avoid problems, we stopped using Canada Post to ship orders on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

  • Any orders not shipped are being held at our facility while we monitor developments.
  • We will review the situation as it evolves and may contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method if needed or available.

This approach helps prevent packages from being delayed or caught in transit during the strike.

Paying by cheque? Use our Bill Payment method instead.

Cheque payments are temporarily disabled as we we will not be able to receive your payment on time due to the strike.

Instead, please use bill payment through your bank. It is the most reliable option during this period and helps us process your order faster. You can learn how to pay by bill payment here.
