How do I safely pack my package and ship it to Silver Gold Bull?

See instructions below on the Safe Shipping and Packaging Guidelines. Here is a short video on Tips for Packing your Precious Metals.

Steps to package your metals

    1. Reusing boxes is strictly prohibited and will void insurance on your package. It is your responsibility to purchase the proper box type that can handle the weight and product to ensure a successful delivery and receipt.
    2. Secure merchandise in smaller box - Use additional packaging material such as bubble wrap, paper, foam pad, making sure movement of merchandise is restricted. Shake the package to be sure there is no rattle.
    3. Place the small box inside a larger, secondary box - Make sure movement is restricted with additional cushioning. Double boxing dramatically increases the strength and integrity of the package.
    4. Please seal all seams or flaps on the outside of the box with clear tape in addition to adhesive on flap. This is an important step to avoid any tampering.
    5. Securely tape and attach the barcoded label to the front of the outer, secondary box.
    6. Once secured, please take a photo of the package and keep this until your buyback is complete. In the event the courier experiences difficulties in locating your package, an image of the outer box will help them retrieve it.

Steps to drop-off your metals

    1. Prior to drop-off, please ensure all packages are properly packaged and taped securely. Verify each package has a visible barcoded shipping label attached to it.
    2. Deliver your packages to an official, courier staffed location. DO NOT PLACE YOUR PACKAGES IN A DROPBOX!
    3. Ensure the clerk provides you a copy of the drop-off receipt. Keep this copy until your buyback order is completed.

Important Considerations **Please Read Carefully**

    • Failing to follow the packaging, shipping and safe-handling instructions listed above, will void the insurance on your packages.
    • Although insurance is provided by a third-party carrier, you should act as if the package is uninsured. Any mention of insurance or contents increases the chance for theft.
    • Never reveal the contents of your shipment, even to the courier. Never state a value or reference to valuables anywhere on the box or label.
      • If asked by the courier the contents of the package, simply state it is “parts” or something of little value (eg: appliance parts, kitchen accessories, etc)
    • Always track your packages to ensure safe delivery and notify us immediately if any issues arise.
