How to get your Statement of Holding?
- Go to silvergoldbull.ca (or silvergoldbull.com for our USA customers) and sign in by clicking the “profile” icon in the top right corner.
If you don’t see this here, click the three lines on the top left corner of the website:
- After signing in, you’ll be taken to your vault – this shows you the current value of all the purchases you’ve ever made through Silver Gold Bull.
- To access your storage account specifically, go to the “storage” tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
- From there, you can see the current value of all your holdings and view images of all the products held in your storage container.
- You can print your statement of holdings above the pie chart showing your holdings. You can also view and manage all of your invoices by clicking the button that says “view invoices”
