What is a “Pre-Sale”?
What does “Pre-Sale” mean?
A Pre-Sale item is inventory that has already been secured but has not yet arrived at our shipping facility or depository. These products are expected to arrive by the estimated date shown on the product page.
Is inventory secured for Pre-Sale items?
Yes. Inventory for Pre-Sale items has already been secured. The inventory is simply in transit to our facility.
How do I know when a Pre-Sale item will ship?
Each Pre-Sale product page displays an “Expected to ship after” date. This is the estimated arrival date of the inventory at our facility. Once the inventory arrives, your order will ship within our standard shipping window.
What is the difference between Pre-Sale and regular items?
Regular items are already at our facility and are ready for shipment. Pre-Sale items are secured inventory that has not yet arrived.
What happens if I order Pre-Sale and non-Pre-Sale items together?
If your order includes both Pre-Sale and non-Pre-Sale items, the entire order will ship together after the Pre-Sale item arrives. This means shipment will occur after the “Expected to ship after” date.
Will the price change after I place a Pre-Sale order?
No. Your purchase price is locked in at the time your order is placed. You will not be charged more or refunded if the market price of the metal changes before the item ships.
