How do I pay with Interac e-Transfer
Please submit your payment within 3 days (72 hours) to satisfy your order obligations.
Interac e-Transfer is available for orders up to CA$20,000 (personal daily transaction limits may apply, you may send your payment in multiple installments) Carefully follow the instructions below.
How to send an Interac e-Transfer Online:
Please place your order in CAD prior to submitting an Interac e-Transfer payment.
If you do not receive a payment confirmation email from us within 2 business days of sending your payment, please contact your financial institution directly to ensure your Interac e-Transfer is not on a security hold.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to complete your payment directly through your bank.
- Click the payment link provided in your order confirmation or within your account order details.
- Select your bank.
- You will be redirected to your bank to log in.
- Log in and complete the Interac e-Transfer payment.
Please make sure to send the payment within 3 days (72 hours). Late payment may result in market loss charges.
If your daily Interac e-Transfer limit is lower than the value of your order, please increase your limit prior to completing your payment. Alternatively, you may send payment in multiple installments manually using the instructions below. Otherwise, you may also consider using Bill Payment instead.
How to Send an Interac e-Transfer:
- Log in to your online banking account.
- Find the section in your online banking to send an Interac e-Transfer. If you do not know where to find this section, please contact your financial institution directly.
- Send the Interac e-Transfer to:
- Recipient Name: Silver Gold Bull Inc.
- Email: payment@silvergoldbull.com
- Phone Number (if needed): (403) 668-8648
- No security question needed! We’re set up for auto-deposit. But if your bank asks for one, please use:
- Security Question: What is the password?
- Answer (case sensitive): sgb-ezpay
- Using a different password for your e-Transfer will cause a delay in your order shipping.
- In the message section, please include your order number (e.g. X507…….).
- Pay the “Grand Total” amount shown in your order confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your full payment.
