I placed an order with Cryptocurrency but have not received a confirmation email. Is this normal?

It is normal. Orders paid with cryptocurrency take approximately 2 hours to process in our system as your payment must clear our exchange. Once we receive payment, your order confirmation will be automatically sent by email. To ensure successful processing, please send the exact payment amount, including network or miner fees.
