My order status says “On Hold.” What does that mean?
We’ve included a few common reasons below:
- Did you pay by cheque? We may be waiting for your cheque to clear.
- Did you order a pre-sale item? We might still be waiting for the item to arrive at our facility(check your order confirmation for dates). We’ll ship your entire order once pre-sale items have arrived.
- Did you ask us to hold or delay the shipment of your order?
