What do I do if a package is lost during delivery? What if the courier tries to deliver a damaged package?

If there is an issue with your package during transit:

  • Contact us immediately so we can open a claim.
  • In the case of your package being deemed lost by the courier, we can issue either a full refund for your order or reship the order.
  • All concerns relating to an order or account must be brought to us within three days from the shipment date.
